We are pleased to announce that Dr. Stephan Gauci, Founder & Managing Director of Phoenix Wise Solutions Limited, is among the 13 professionals added to Malta's Register of Insolvency Practitioners following the successful completion of the Insolvency Practitioner Accreditation Course organised by the Insolvency Receivership Service within Malta Business Registry.

This professional milestone further strengthens the expertise available within the company to support businesses facing periods of financial difficulty, restructuring and change.

Insolvency practice today extends beyond winding-up proceedings. It forms part of a broader framework aimed at identifying financial distress early, exploring restructuring opportunities and, wherever possible, helping viable businesses restore stability and move forward.
